Positive: Very clean and modern chalet, the camp overall is excellent with good facilities and very well looked after. Air conditioning worked well and was comfortable. Natasha, the rep was super and did her best to help. These Chalets are next to the Basket Ball and Tennis courts and can be noisy up to 11pm. Did not bother us too much, but just be aware.

Negative: Parking isn't well managed by Volare owners, which leaves Natasha (who was lovely and very good), the rep in a dificly position. Because chalet 6 has no space outside, they were told to park outside and share ours, chalet 8... however, they had no concep of share and often blocked us in... I'm not sure why we had to be the ones who had to share, at least 3 other chalets could have had other cars outside... They need to tell people who get chalet 6 to park elsewhere in advance and no inconvenience others who have paid for a space.
